"I think the quality of massage here is fantastic but I agree with one of the reviews about never being able to get somebody on the phone... to book/cancel/reschedule. I feel like after three calls and two voicemails within the last two days to reschedule an appointment somebody should have gotten back to me by now. I am trying to free up the massage therapist's schedule by giving days notice so that somebody else can take the time of my current appointment."
