"The level of unprofessionalism is outrageous. The only reason to go here for anything would be that you don't have enough gas to go somewhere else. The owner is rude and the only reason they're still in business is because they're the only place in the county. Go to Washington, it's worth the drive!"

"Watters installed my above ground pool in 2017. The following summer, we began having problems with the liner popping out of the track. Each time, I’d call and they’d send out some inexperienced kid to pop it back in, and they never checked to see exactly why it kept happening. It was a common occurrence and I’d have to call them several times each summer. When the pool was 4 years old, the liner had popped out again. We got a downpour and the rising water from the rain got behind where the liner had once again popped out of the track causing the entire liner to collapse. Someone more experienced was sent out that time and said it was our fault and said chemical damage was the culprit. They refused to return my phone calls afterward. In June of this year, we purchased a new liner and had it installed. They confirmed no chemical damage but found that Watter’s had installed a 52 in. liner in my 54 in. pool and had just built up underneath with sand to make it work. Terrible experience. I would never give them my business or money again."

"The people were very helpful and friendly but the staff I dealt with were all new to the business and couldn’t have had much experience. After checking online sources, I discovered some of the information I received was inaccurate. I think when dealing with something as crucial as swimming pools someone with extensive experience should be present to ensure the information given is accurate."

"Very nice staff and great selection of products. We live closer to Pittsburgh and were looking for a Confer Curve Add-on for our steps. Everywhere nearby was sold out and no one could tell us when they'd get more due to production issues. We called Watters and they were very nice and had a bunch of them! We drove an hour to Watters and would call them again in an instant for a specialty product."
