"I was referred to Keswick Cycle Paoli by a bike mechanic friend when I was searching for my first road bike. Gary and his team are awesome. They went about and beyond trying to find the right bike for me. After lots of test rides and questions I was torn between the Tarmac and an Emonda at another store. I ended up going with the Emonda purely for the lower sale price at the time, but later came back to get the pine green tarmac for my wife when it was on sale. Sig and will were on top of all our questions, text messages, emails. They hooked us up with all the right gear for riding and even towing our son along, and made sure everything was set up properly. Keswick cycle is not the bike store closest to me but they made us feel welcome and truly care about the cycling community, not just their bottom line."

They addressed my problem spots (knee and perineum) in a session. They walked me through the changes. It was the first time I left a fit without a new stem and saddle. "Gary and Mark were terrific, spent tons of time talking with me and working on my fit, were super nice about everything and really know their stuff. I brought in a vintage campy-equipped racing bike and a brand new titanium gravel rig. The shop was spotless and very well organized, there is parking right out front, and prices were very reasonable. I give them my highest recommendation and will be doing all my service work there from now on."
