"Unfortunately, they do not allow you to pay out of pocket for chiropractic care, which is extremely strange considering most insurance doesn't cover the services chiropractors offer. They do not accept my insurance, but paying is a non-issue for me. I started a new job and will have different insurance shortly, however this exclusionary policy has made my decision for me. My work is very taxing on my upper body, and I was looking for alternative solutions to promote the longevity of my career. My biweekly maintenence won't be with LVHN chiropractors!"

"This is the worst place I have ever been to to get a physical done. Scheduling the appointment was easy and convenient. However, once I got the physical done, the doctor told me that I needed to have my rheumatologist fax over a note to them saying I was good to play sports. I called to have the note faxed and it’s been a week now since I have had my physical. I have called an exhausting amount of times to see if my paperwork is ready and they have told me that they will call me back because the doctor who did the physical is busy. I have not received a single call back. I have missed 3 days of practice due to this ridiculous issue. I have never experienced such an arduous issue with a physical. I will be asking for a refund and I will not be recommending this office or coming back."

"I love the doctors and the staff. Such a friendly environment as well as all the doctors have the best bedside manner. I see many doctors within Coordinated Health and I am very pleased with the care I get as well as the personal touch they give to each patient. I always ask if they have a doctor there for any specialist I need to see. That is how much I trust and love this medical facility."

"I cannot understand how we are waiting so long in a near empty waiting room. Poor woman before us was here for an hour because she was 5 minutes late. The rooms are empty and the staff is joking and talking at the desk but no patients are being seen. Only after I asked how much longer would it take for us to be seen (granted I was 15 minutes late), did the receptionist get up and ask the nurse how much longer. The nurse responds "oh yes, I can take them now". If I didn't ask... How long would have the lady before me and I waited? Staff has always been nice.. But that is unacceptable."

"Seth Burke was our doc and he was great. He cared and spent a lot of time explaining our problem. Don't get scripts sent to walmart, still haven't gotten it filled 12 hours later. We had lots of problems getting an appointment, kept getting cutt off and put on hold, went through 3 or 4 girls and just about gave up."
