Ashland Hero Academy is a health institution located at 415 Williamson Way in Ashland, Oregon, United States. At our academy, we believe in the power of Jiu Jitsu to build strength, confidence, and a sense of community. Without a training community, we are nothing, which is why we emphasize the importance of finding friends and partners who will push us to develop ourselves. In addition to Jiu Jitsu, we also practice Tai Chi as a way to cultivate a state of well-being. This includes strength, resilient health, relaxation, heightened awareness, and a clear mind.
