“Amazing experience all around. Great trainers (Ash is the best personal trainer I've ever worked with in years of training with people all over the world). Extremely clean facilities, high end equipment, great location, good vibes. Veronica who oversees everything is a gem and I really appreciated her going out of her way to make my time there the best it could be.”

    Ballistic Box

    ★★★★★ 4.8
    Closed

“My son and I started attending Ballistic Box in 2021. With in that year I've seen the gym, adults and children grow. Most importantly my son and I have grown skilled in boxing. What I love most about Ballistic Box is that once your member, you enter into a family. I am so grateful to have stumbled across this gym. My son and I have learned so much about boxing. This place is definitely family oriented and nobody gets left behind. Coach Jason is dedicated to seeing your growth and success in the gym. He works great with the adults and the children. So if you or your children have a desire to learn boxing/self defense while building there confidence this is the place to bring them too.”

    The AERO Space

    ★★★★☆ 4.7
    Open

“I would highly recommend Aero Space. I have been coming here off and on for 3 years. The studios are always clean and well stocked with all the items you need to warm up and stretch (blocks, bands, etc.) As for the instructors, I can not say enough!! All of the instructors I have had the privilege of taking class with have been amazing. They are super friendly, welcoming and make the environment comforting. On top of that they are well trained in not only the art of pole dancing, but in safe instruction of the art. There is a true community here, I love it and can not see myself going any where else.”

    Beauchamp Recreation & Wellness Center

    ★★★★☆ 4.7
    Open

“Great place to work out. They have an a lot of cardio equipment as well as individual strength training machines and free weights. There is also an indoor running track that has 2 different lap lengths. They have 3 dance studios with wall to ceiling glass mirrors. They also have a place where you can get your bike repaired. I believe that this is exclusively for the University of Portland students and I visited it (did not actually use it) when my daughter and I were touring their campus.”

“Best gym I've ever belonged to. The polar opposite of the "mega chain gyms" in the best ways possible. Staff are super friendly + helpful. You walk in, scan, grab fresh towels. Free coffee. Laid back vibes, plenty of equipment, courts, all of it clean. Locker rooms are always clean. Mom and Pop vibes and checks all the boxes you'd need from a quality gym.”

    Shelly Stephenson

    ★★★★★ 5
    Closed

“At age 60 I entered, with some degree of trepidation, into the world of Pilates. My guide on this journey has been Shelly Stephenson. With a surgically repaired rotator cuff, a previous L4-5 lumbar laminectomy , recent umbilical hernia surgery, a surgically removed left big toe bone spur and a growing left heel bone spur I thought my dancing days were over. But under Shelly's careful and expert tutelage I have gained spinal mobility I thought was gone forever, restored shoulder ranges of motion that are better than normal, and core strength. Shelly's guidance and patience combined with her comprehensive knowledge of the interconnectedness of muscle and fascia make her an exceptional Pilates instructor.”
