Living Fit Yoga is a gym, health, and spa institution located at 1775 South Roosevelt Drive in Seaside, Oregon, United States. On March 17th, they will be hosting an Equinox Sound Bath & Yoga Nidra event at 1:00 pm for $20.00. Please note that there will be no 8:00 am or 9:30 am yoga classes on March 4th, whether in the studio or online. Sunset Recreation Center, located at 1120 Broadway Street in Seaside, Oregon, is a vibrant community hub offering a wide range of programs and activities for all ages. Our Winter & Spring 2024 guide is now available, showcasing all of our district programs from January to June. Whether you're looking to swim in our pool (please note temperatures may vary), join a Pickleball game, or participate in one of our many classes, Sunset Recreation Center has something for everyone. We are excited to announce that we have expanded our Pickleball program to include more open drop-in play opportunities, now available four days a week. Our Recreation Leader is on hand to help coordinate play and ensure a fun experience for players of all skill levels. In addition, we are offering Pickleball instruction led by Coach Meyer Freeman of "Playful Pickleball" every Wednesday morning. This program is perfect for beginners looking to learn the basics of the game.
