"I requested an appointment with Justin trough the studio website, I left all my contact information and Mr. Hickok never contacted me back. I called the phone number on the Google page and they never pick up the phone, I left voicemails twice. I am extremely disappointed. Can somebody explain what is going on? Did Justin retire from the hairstyle business to dedicate all his time to YouTube? They need to update phone numbers in their website."
