The restaurant is the brainchild of Deepak Kaul, a talented chef with a passion for reimagining and sharing the cuisine of his Kashmiri heritage. Deepak Kaul's culinary journey began when he immigrated to the United States from India in 1980. After studying Biology at Boston University, he discovered his true calling in the culinary arts and worked at renowned restaurants in Cambridge, San Francisco, New York City, and London. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Deepak has finally realized his dream of opening Bhuna Restaurant to showcase the flavors of his cultural roots.
