Currently undergoing construction to create a better museum experience, the institution is open with special exhibitions on display. Elevator access to Throughlines will be unavailable from April 4 to 27. PAM CUT offers services for independent filmmakers and creatives in the Northwest region, including exhibition opportunities, fellowship support, equipment access, and professional development opportunities. The institution also provides support for raising funds for artistic projects. The Portland Art Museum acknowledges and honors the Indigenous peoples of the region on whose ancestral lands the museum stands, including the Willamette Tumwater, Clackamas, Kathlemet, Molalla, Multnomah, and Watlala Chinook Peoples, as well as the Tualatin Kalapuya and other Native communities along the Columbia River.
