"As a doordash driver. I waited for 2 hrs and didn't even get my order that needed to be delivered to my customers. People ask her to call in to her manager. But she did not once pick up the phone to call the manager. But in the middle of her rush, she was able to call a customer to tell them she didn't have an order that she wanted. I was there at 1:30 pm and had to call doordash at 3:30pm. On Saturday, 3/16/24. Also was very rude to people who wanted something tosed. Yes 100% rude"
"It's just a sandwich shop. It was convenient. There seemed to be only one employee working, which made things go a little slow. It had been a long time since I ate at a Subway, and I wish they'd bring back the $5 foot-long. I didn't get the impression that the meats were freshly sliced, either. 12/2023 - Still only one employee working. Not a big deal because it wasn't busy, but just saying. Soft drink fountain was out of order. It's off-season, so issues aren't critical, but it all needs to be fixed."
"My husband and I bought lunch at this Subway on Sunday October 22nd around 100. There were 2 employees making sandwiches. We patiently waited. When the lady went to make my husband's 6" sandwich, he asked for more olives. She literally told him her boss only allows them to put 3 olives on a 6" sandwich. Never heard of this before. Absolutely ridiculous! Any time I've been at Subway and someone asked for more of one of the toppings (not the meat or cheese), I've always seen the employee add more without any issue. If that is accurate that they are only allowed to put 3 olives on a sandwich, the owner of this business needs to rethink their operations and what they tell the employees. I also suspect that Subway corporate does not authorize or approve this. We will go to Subway again, but not this location in Seaside."
"Completely wrong order not once but twice for our office. When a staff member called to correct it they were incredibly rude and hung up on her while she was talking. When she went in to the store to get a remake or refund for the sandwiches they said they’d call the police on her and she’s not welcome there! She asked what she’d done wrong and again asked for a remake or refund. They finally refunded but absolutely awful customer service experience. Very disappointing."
