"No place in Coos Bay has the tool I am looking for I had to order it from Color Tile and they were late delivering it as usual! But at least they found it and I did finally get it even if it was late we were told 12:00 noon didn't get there till almost 3:00"
"The worst experience I have ever had in my entire life!!! My floors are uneven, scratches throughout the floors and residue from them attempting to match the grout, they used two different grout colors and took months and months to finish a very poor installation. They charged me 23,000 for a little over 1000 square feet and I have to live everyday with a floors that I am so embarrassed to have my guest see!! I unfortunately will need to have them redone when I can afford. (Definitely not with color tile) I should have sued them and reported them to the better business bureau which I am still contemplating. Please be very careful in any consideration in hiring them!!!"
