"A team arrived at my home said we were all set. Fifteen minutes later realized that they didn't have enough flooring. However, said we will do your carpet I said okay. Without a word, they left no carpeting or floors done. I received a call from the booking agent saying he was informed my house wasn't ready. I was told it was all good and to leave without an explanation unprofessional, to say the least. I feel he is a lying and unprofessional individual that didn't want to do part of a job. Instead, he cares about himself, not the customer. Also, after he left he didn't return his bosses calls or reach out to me, now my kids are sleeping on floors until the floors can be completed in three weeks."
