At Valley's Heart HEMA, you can come learn the art of swordsmanship in the heart of the Willamette Valley. We focus on studying the tradition of Kunst des Fechten, which includes longsword, quarterstaff/spear, dussack/messer, and wrestling/dagger. Classes may also cover other weapon systems such as rapier, singlestick/broadsword, and saber. Beginners are always welcome, and your first practice is free!
