She values play, trauma-informed care, anti-oppression, cultural humility, and humor, drawing from techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, and mindfulness practices. Hillary works with individuals of all ages, including LGBTQIA clients and those in non-traditional relationships.
