Bible study in Newberg, Oregon

Bauman Auditorium, located at 1009 East North Street in Newberg, Oregon, is one of the largest spaces on campus seating 1,119 people. It hosts chapel services, special lectures, and a variety of musical performances including band, choir, and orchestra concerts. Chapel is offered twice a week and is open to the entire community of students, staff, and faculty. Weekly chapel attendance is required for students, with over 200 hours of worship, Bible study, prayer, and service opportunities available throughout the year. Named after William and Mary Bauman, longtime supporters of the university, the auditorium is renowned for its superior acoustics. It annually attracts the Oregon Symphony to Newberg for a concert, with the late James DePreist describing it as one of the finest music-making venues in the country.
