"Living in Savannah Pointe apartment complex has been a delightful experience. The friendly neighbors, supportive staff, efficient maintenance, and low crime rate create a welcoming and secure environment. The amenities and convenient location add further value to the living experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this community to anyone seeking a peaceful, friendly, and well-maintained place to call home. Upon discovering a roach within my living space, I was promptly attended to by the management, whose response was marked by exceptional courtesy. They thoughtfully provided me with a tube of Advion Cockroach Gel Bait, swiftly alleviating the issue at hand. It's noteworthy that the positive rapport I share with the management is a result of my conscientious approach to community living. I wish to note that my housing situation is not reliant on Section 8 assistance, and I take care to conduct myself with both respect and a lack of entitlement. The reciprocal appreciation between the management and myself has cultivated a mutually enriching relationship, contributing to an atmosphere of esteem and cooperation."

"Wonderful family oriented apartments - Lots of friendly Hispanic families, Very safe, Patrolled by Warr Acres Police daily. FREE RIDE TO JAIL - Management does not tolerate noise, violence, drugs, gangs, loud stereos, loitering or any criminal activity. Security cameras every where. Walking distance to WalMart, Family Dollar, WalGreens, Dollar General and to the Library. Beware Warr Acres Police will stop you walking down the street just to make sure you don't have any outstanding warrants. Not a place to sling dope or do illegal activity. If you are a thug you will feel more comfortable in jail. **Warning: If you drive through here with loud music blaring the cops are coming for you. I will be calling them personally. Do not test me!!** Notice: The cops wrote an expensive ticket to someone in my unit for blasting music. Not worth the cost. IF YOU ARE ON SEC. 8 WE DON'T WANT YOU! **Beware, I saw a snake out by the dumpster, it was large and look poisonous. **Kids got their parents a 1000 dollar fine for blasting music in the parking lot. If management would paint and repair the buildings they could charge more rent. I think a nice dark blue, dark maroon and dark brown would make this place pop. I am all for Gentrification of Warr Acres. I am always here to help out and to call the cops when people are acting up."

"I really like my apt, but it’s like living in roach city. I just moved in a month ago and have killed so many roaches. I’ve been using bait gel and boric acid. I’ve used a a fogger twice. I’m truly hoping it gets better. I moved my appliances as well. They live behind the oven. Besides the roaches and maintenance being a little slow to respond, I like my space. Also- I haven’t seen security as the previous reviews stated."

"There's no pool(broken) No playground(torn up) The Homeless are wandering around at night; they are sleeping in laundry room and parked cars. People blasting music and arguing at 1,2,3 o'clock in the morning. High drug activity especially at night; and just had a shooting 3 months ago. NO Security No security No Security. The outside looks nice during the day but the night activity starts about 7,8,9 o'clock. Savannah Pointe is nothing but a "Pretty" low income project."
