"They don’t take peoples health seriously. This place is a joke. I call about a referral for my eye because I’m having vision loss, my personal cell rings and rings until someone picks it up and hangs up, then I call from my work cell, get straight through to someone to help me. Then sit on hold once I give my info. I work for a living I can’t play on the phone, and I need my eyes to LIVE but apparently that’s only important to me. I wish I could complain to someone but no one there answers the phone so good luck on getting the help you need. -10/10 would NEVER recommend this place to anyone."
"Dr McConnell in the Family Medicine Clinic is one of the best doctors I’ve had. He’s interested in the welfare of his patients, listens to them, and is very caring. I’ve recommended him to my family and friends. When he discovered I had low sodium after routine blood work, he called me at 7pm after the results were in. "My doctors name is Mary Masterman who is also my mom and my brothers PCP we love her interaction with us. Dr. Masterman takes time to listen to our questions and or concerns she does have the knowledge and she always give us answers. She I will made she self available when we have questions or concerns and returns our calls or responses in mychart. We love our PCP and we would recommend SSMHealth family services to anyone that need a new PCP."

"I love this new location for the family medicine clinic. I really like how the parking garage has the entry doors color-coded based on who you’re going to see. I did like the updated computer in the lobby for you to do self check in and today the large space so that you could sit spread out."
