"Before Christmas, I sent my 12-year-old Bichon to petco (Norman) groomers. Unfortunately, they cut his ear quite deep. I only found out today, but thankfully, it's almost healed now. I have three dogs, and after this incident, I won't trust them again. I also regret leaving big tips, especially considering they didn't inform me about the injury when I picked up my dog. It feels frustrating and dishonest."
