"I am visiting from out of state. I called to ask the office to take me as an urgent case for a second opinion . Avonlea took my call . I had a long story to tell about my situation. Avonlea was very patient and took the time to listen and find a solution. At the office the front desk Michelle was very nice . The doctor took the time to listen to me. My first doctor scared me telling for certain I will have permanent hearing loss. Dr Y didn’t agree and said it’s too soon to tell. He didn’t rush treatment to let my ear rest after the steroids. I was able to get another follow up for the following week. Knowing that I was from out of state the whole staff was very accommodating."

"Went in for an appointment with my wife. They had a ( mask required) sign. One of the staff did not have her mask on and when I mentioned that to Michelle she told me if you do not like it you can leave. That dump b has the audacity to tell me to leave the clinic if I do not like it. This was my personal and honest experience with them. She answer the phone calls ,and the first to see when going in."
