Welcome to the Xavier University Art Gallery, a vibrant hub for artistic expression located at 1658 Musketeer Drive, Norwood, Ohio. Situated on the first floor of the A.B. Cohen Center on Xavier University's campus, our gallery boasts two dynamic exhibition spaces totaling 1,700 square feet. As an integral part of the university's educational framework, the XU Art Galleries serve as a resource for both students and the community by showcasing an array of artwork from professional visual artists, as well as the university's own burgeoning student and faculty talent. Our gallery is renowned for hosting a variety of compelling exhibitions and programs that captivate public interest. From FotoFocus to The Art of Romare Bearden, and themes exploring race and culture, our past exhibitions have made significant cultural impacts. Biennially, we host "Art at the X," a juried competition open to artists aged 18 and above, with past themes celebrating diversity and milestones such as "Multicultural Expressions of Faith" and "Celebrating 50 Years of Women at Xavier."
