“I cracked the corner of my phone when it got stuck between my power seat and the console in my car. Of course I went through my cell provider insurance to pay to fix it. And it made me choose 1 of 3 stores that do this. And i'm, you know, skeptical. When you see names like "it's broke I fix", "brokea**phone" or in this case "UBREAKIFIX", I'm thinking $2 Timex knockoffs and someone who doesn't speak English. But, I can't function with a TOUCHSCREEN SMART PHONE that's cracked and only works on the corner. I called them in the morning to verify that they were open and to find out what the procedure was, whether I had to make an appointment or was it walk-in. I was greeted by a very pleasant and welcoming voice. A voice that understood what I was going through. A voice that I could understand. In this case no appointment needed walk-ins only here. First come, first served. I did, however, want to make sure that they had what they needed to fix phone before I drove the distance. I got over here as quick as I could after work, and within two hours they had my phone good as new or better. They even cleaned it. ( I'm not talking about a simple rub down here either. We're talking about cleaning your speaker's and charging ports and any crevices and holes.)Something I did not know, but as a Verizon customer you get free cell phone cleanings. Who knew? I sure didn't. These people work with more than cellphones, though. They work on computers such as laptops, tablets, game consoles and all manner of different Electronic devices. The people working here are pleasant and knowledgeable. There's also no shortage of things you can do in the area. A wealth of stores and restaurants to occupy your time while you're phone is being serviced. The short story is, if your electronic device isn't functioning properly, this IS where you need to be. And to be honest, if something else happens to my phone I wouldn't hesitate to come back.. thank you UBREAKIFIX.”
