"They drive past my house when package says out for delivery then they mark it as delivered and may get it the next day or even longer"
"At this point I’m convinced illiteracy is a requirement to work here. Every single time packages are delivered to the wrong apartment. Most recently, we got apartment 10s mail, we’re 68. I just really don’t think it’s that’s difficult to read numbers. Also, the phone doesn’t even work, so good luck even figuring out what dimension they put your package in."
"This place needs new management, better trained employees, and a phone service that actually works. My personal mail carrier is an amazing carrier, but other than him, the place needs a total revamp. The last 2 months whomever has been checking in Amazon packages have been marking them delivered when they come in to the back room."
