"I’ve worked under Dr. Brown for over five years and he is one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve ever come in contact with in the health and fitness industry. The facility has exactly what you need to get the job done and has brand new equipment. The staff have been very well trained to properly run classes and help individuals with any sort of goal ! They have cardio machines, weights, free weights, platforms for lifting. Offer strength and conditioning classes for student athletes and college athletes. If you’re in the area, you definitely need to drop in and check this place out. Attached to the performance center there is a Health Center that also is more than just a chiropractic clinic. You’re able to get blood work done and lots of treatment!"

"Definitely a hidden gem here in Medina county. I started off with Dr. Browns fitness classes and have never personally felt stronger. Just an hour out of my day but he makes it worth it. APF has definitely worked together to ensure we all feel like a part of their community with their kindness and professionalism.
