The Louis Tobin Attention Center, located at 8363 County Home Road in Lisbon, Ohio, is a 20-bed secure facility that serves male youth. Built in 1975 and situated in the picturesque Columbiana County, the center is certified by the Ohio Department of Youth Services. The primary goal of the center is to provide safe and humane temporary custody for youth held by the Juvenile Courts. The Responsible Behavior Program at the Tobin Center encourages pro-social behavior and personal responsibility, allowing youth to earn privileges through positive actions. The educational program is provided by the United Local School District, with experienced teachers who ensure the success of the program. Life skills sessions cover a variety of important topics, and meals are prepared daily by the staff.

As part of the Catholic Diocese of Youngstown, established in 1943, Sacred Heart Church is dedicated to fostering a deep sense of community and faith across Northeast Ohio. Join us for our Masses, where we come together to celebrate our faith and traditions. Our Mass schedule is as follows: Saturday Vigil at 4 p.m. from May through October, Sunday Mass at 11 a.m., and Weekday Masses on Wednesday and Friday at noon. We also hold Masses on Holy Days at noon.
