"Not a fan of their current receptionist. Seem to be lazy about sending reminders for appointments and are kinda rude. Also the office has interesting Covid policies these days. I'm sure there's good reasoning but seems too be a bit much in my opinion. Wasn't a fan of Lawrence when I was younger but everyone has different preferences and can see why people may like him. Sad to see the current situation with reception and mishaps with scheduling tho."
