West Main School, located at 639 West Main Street in Ravenna, Ohio, is a primary school dedicated to providing quality education to students in the Ravenna School system. Mrs. Susan Huth coordinates the summer learning program for students in grades K-12, offering STEM opportunities at Ravenna High School. The school recently celebrated Earth Day by having fourth graders design robots from recycled materials. Thanks to a generous grant from the United Way Giving Well Family Foundation, the Visual Arts program at West Main Elementary has been able to purchase technology to enhance student learning. Families are encouraged to participate in events like the Read Across America celebration, organized by Kent State's Student Education Association.
