"Negative stars. Tried to give 10 dollars for a 100 buck item and then acted like doing 20 is doing us a favor. Was waving a gun around in people's faces. And laughed at us when I called him out on his lies. This is the 3rd damn time he's lied to us too. Tried to claim we had a carrier lock on a phone but he's too stupid to know the difference between a carrier lock and the settings saying who the service is through. He likely dropped out of school after pre-K and has now decided to run a scam in broad daylight. That 100 buck item had all the components except the box and hadn't even ever been plugged in let alone used. Him over there like no one wants these but that's weird since walmart still has them flying off the shelves at 100 lmfao take a math class. And maybe while you're at it learn how to not wave a gun around like it's a toy, jfc. Absolutely joke. Bet they'd buy actual piss for a couple thousand though."

"Having hard times forced me to take one of my most precious belongings to pawn. These guys in Cambridge Matt and Tim and the rest have all been great and so very helpful! I’ve never had a bad experience in any way and always seemed to be able to work with me in some way. Much appreciated guys!! Great place!!"

"The worst pawn store I've been to in quite some time. They accept very little other than cordless tools and TVs, and guns. The price they offer is rediculously unfair, and I understand its a business that needs to make money, but in comparison to other pawn shops this one is grossly under paying for what they receive. There is no costumer service, you feel like the biggest inconvenience of the day asking to be helped; I was told they would accept what I had at the counter and was never spoken to again...??? I have found some great stuff at fair prices at this location in all fairness, but this past visit left me a little frustrated."

"The people who work their are very respectful and nice. The only thing is if u go buy games for a console MAKE SURE you look at the discs to make sure they aren't scratch up. I bought a game and it wouldn't play so I took it back and they let me exchange it for another one. I thought that was pretty cool. Another thing is the prices are very very cheap. Now I buy most of my games and soon to have a flat screen TV and they do have Lay-A-Way."
