"I ordered 3 slim 1s and one #2. All the sandwiches had single slices of meat in them. I'm not over stating this. These sandwiches are basically bread with only a flavor of what the sandwiches are supposed to be. This cost over $30... It's wasn't worth it at all."
"I ordered a delivery and my sandwich was supposed to be wrapped in lettuce becuase I have a gluten allergy. Well when me and my wife got the food it was on a sub and I also asked for a coke and got diet. I called and told someone about it and asked if I could get it remade and deliverd again and they said OK and hung up. I never got my remake and I had to throw my food away. Very rude and upset!"

"I love Jimmy John’s, I used to work at Jimmy John’s, and I love eating there still. Went in to this location and was the only in-shop customer and waited almost 10 minutes for my sandwich to be made. The people working made me feel like my business couldn’t have inconvenienced them any more. The PIC was openly using the F word (there was a family with children dining in) and the other employees were also swearing and had little to no cognizance of the customers in the restaurant. It takes a lot for me to feel the need to post a review online. Rough look for a franchise I’ve always enjoyed and love supporting."
