My wife works midnights and I dont get home until 6, Dalton (the owner) went out of him way to meet me when I got home (an hour after they close), and worked with our schedule on the install as well. He was friendly, professional, and curtious. All said and done his work passed our city inspection and even got a complement from the inspector in the job done. “One electrician said it was going to be $500 to attach an anchor to our house and replace the weather head, Joe from JTL charged $125 to replace weather head, replace the anchor and attach the cable to the anchor. Duke energy said he did a great job with the anchor and they didn't need to attach it themselves in which they said they normally have to do after electricians places the anchor. He was very professional, on time and lightening fast. I'll definitely use him again and reccomend him to friends.”
