"I had a appointment at the Lagrange location at 1230 they didn't even open until 130 and I was told she had other appointments when she finally got to me at 4 she said well you need a print out from jfs I'll get in trouble if u don't have it but if ur back by 5 I'll still do it today so I got back at 430 and waited till she finished with her customer and she said I can't do it today I have to leave and later found out that I didn't even need the print out so she sent me to the location on Alexis and stephon was there he was friendly and very quick with my return and actually ended up leaving late so he could take care of me! So thank you so much stephon great customer service!"
