The park features a front porch that was once used by President James Garfield during his presidential campaign in 1880. Visitors can take guided tours of the Garfield home and learn about the history of the family. The park also offers free 4th grade programs and opportunities for scouts to earn merit badges. Join rangers and volunteers at Mentor Civic Amphitheater on April 8th to view a total solar eclipse.
