"I would like to start off saying how wonderful this place is and how amazing the staff is. There very caring and showed that right from the beginning. I have only been there once don't know everyone name besides my surgeons. Dr. Palmer was super amazing very caring compassionate and answered all questions he was asked. He even made sure to explain everything and all of what he was doing. I've never been found of wood county hospital because in the past they have lied misdiagnosed family members and all but Dr Palmer and his staff in his office made me change my mind on somethings. Plus the group of people that were there for my surgery and all the staff there was beyond amazing for having to deal with my crying and freaking out. Thank you guys for what you did and how you helped. I will be referring anyone and everyone who needs any type of surgery to this doctor."
