"Dr. Atallah and his whole staff at The Center for Pain & Spine Management at Wood County Hospital are spectacular. They are all kind, caring and great to be around. They provide excellent and courteous customer service and even though I don’t live in Bowling Green any more, it is worth the drive for the care that they provide. Dr. Atallah always tells me I did well with the injection he gave me when the truth is that he was the one that did so well by his expertise in finding just the right spot where the injection will provide the greatest relief. Christine , one CNP’s that I regularly see is outstanding. She reviews my chart and asks all the right questions to know how best to treat me. Ruth and Brittany, the front office staff, are so welcoming and knowledgeable. Frequently I will call about a scheduling concern or about my Work’s Comp Claim and they are always able to answer my question. An all around marvelous place to be treated"

"Refused to see me as a new patient. I had been discharged from another pain clinic for missing a pill count due to pain and no money for gas. I'm on a very limited income and this was not considered by the other clinic or Dr. Atallah. I am not impressed. I am in pain and without pain management."

"Very easy access. The patient flow in and out was fast. I waited 10 minutes at the most. Each staff member were so accommodating and friendly. I saw several smiles which is so inviting. The nurse practitioner (Kristina) was knowledgeable and reassuring and also smiled. The nurse who weighed me and took my vitals and history was very professional (with a smile) and very knowledgeable. I knew I was in good hands. The procedure day was great too. The staff got me in quick. Very friendly and helpful. I never felt rushed but yet the procedure only took 3 minutes. The setup took under 10 minutes. I was on my way fifteen minutes after leaving the waiting room. I love going to Wood County Hospital because you can count on faster service, smiling faces and personal attention."
