With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Arkansas State University and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, Michelle is a board-certified counselor licensed in Indiana, Ohio, and North Carolina. She is proficient in various therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and more.
