"The branch itself is fantastic, but call centers need customer service training! When I called , very upset, about a mishap instead of a simple "I can't do anything to fix that, but let's fix your information on this" I was argued with. I've been a member for years and thanks to call center approach to customer service I'm switching. If you don't ever have to deal with any of the call centers the branch is wonderful with fantastic employees. Update: haven't spoken to call center again, but still love the Perrysburg branch! They are the only reason I stick around with this company."

"I am a new member. Their transactions are always smooth and they're so efficient. I think the longest time it's taken is about 10 minutes and even that was impressive. I went on vacation and forgot to put a travel notice on my account and I was about to chat with a customer service representative and they were able to do that while I was on my way to my vacation. Highly recommend ☺️"

"This is the best bank I've ever had. They even have the get paid 2 days early, but your pay has to come in on a certain time, or they hold it for a day. Which I do suggest if you can wait an extra day for your pay if you want that feature is to go to maybe chime or Varo. As they don't hold it till the next day. But I don't mind, if I get paid 2 days earlier, not, so, this Bank is the best for me, they work with you, and they try to get you what you need. If not, they give you pointers on where you need to be, and they actually help you get there. So yes, I would definitely recommend. And also a shoutout to Sarah for helping me get my credit on the rise. They refinanced my Jeep and give me a personal loan from my credit cards and thanks to her and the branches that helped my credit is on the rise. And I will be in to my house very very soon thanks to my credit. And my cornerstone community team working to help me get there."
