"When my parents entered a nursing home, my siblings and I decided to preplan their funerals. Caleb Turnbull took care of us, and he was wonderful. He made the planning process easy, and when the time came for us to bury our mother and our father, Caleb took care of everything. Everything was carried out exactly as we had preplanned and at a time when we didn't want to have to think about things, when we just needed time to grieve, Caleb was there for us. Not many companies follow through and do exactly what they promised to do. The Oberlin- Turnbull Funeral home is the exception. There just aren't many wonderful organizations like this anymore. "First time arranging a funeral. Oberlin & Turnbull were excellent, accommodating, and very compassionate. Even following up with me after the funeral to make sure we were doing okay after our loss and providing grief resources. When asked to obtain fingerprints to order a ring, they went out of their way to get them for me. Small issues; there wasn’t an online link for donations and there was a mix up on sending flowers."
