Pets are welcome in the park, but not on the beach, and visitors are reminded to swim at their own risk as there are no lifeguards on duty. The park also has public restrooms near the ball fields. Additionally, alcohol is not permitted in the park or on the beach. The pavilion at Tuttle Park is available for reservation and the park follows a set of rules and guidelines for visitors to follow.
