"They don't listen. Even if your ultrasound comes back that you should get an MRI they will just call you fat or PCOS and send you on your way. (They couldn't even see my ovaries in the ultrasound, how did they get that indication?). Sister just got diagnosed with stage 4 uterine cancer after years of being told by Ohio Health obgyns "it's just pcos and your weight". Now it's stage 4 and too late. Don't go to these people unless they've had a radical change in which doctors are there and the rest of the staff team is overhauled. Ohio Health has a monopoly and they just don't care - we are nothing more than a number and dollar sign."

"OBGYNs here were terrible. Never listened to my concerns or gave me any guidance to help with issues during pregnancy. Will never be going back to the nurse practitioner or OBGYN doctors. The pediatrician my son had was nice but, my son had an issue that began at about 5 months, at 18 month check up he said surgery may be needed and wanted to continue waiting to see if it would heal itself (though it had not gotten better in over a year). I took my son to another pediatrician to get a second opinion and she solved the issue that day in her office."

"I just wish Ohio Health would stop tainting every health system in the area. They are a non-profit, but the most expensive. Even with my insurance, they still have bills that are much higher than they used to be before they took over MIPA Unfortunately, I've had to tell my doctor that I could no longer afford to get my blood work done as often as he wants because Ohio Health is so expensive. Hoping they don't take over Quest diagnostics too, because if they do.... a lot of people are going to be s.o.l."

"I absolutely love our daughter's pediatrician Dr. Gravitt. However, his office staff, nurses in particular, are atrocious! They are rude 80% or more of the time. They do not give accurate information. They do not EVER listen to questions without interrupting and getting short with someone. They do not have care and concern in parents wishes for a child and expect everyone to be cookie cutter. There is no empathy and we constantly feel unheard. I hate that we can't switch because her doctor is just so amazing. He's very knowledgeable, personable, and always courteous while delivering thorough exams and services for my baby. I just wish the ladies in the office would open their minds and hearts to being nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Don't be in the medical profession if you don't care about people please. If this were just about her doctor, it would be a 5 star review!"

"Lately every time my kid's get sick they are all book up. Then I bring my kid's and lately even telling them family history they do not want to do labs etc. But they are good over charging patients because the Health Insurance will not pay their over fees. So if you do not pay they will send you to a collecting agency. Ironic. Lately I do not like them."
