"The gentleman who worked there was generally very gruff and didn't provide any kind of friendly service. I went back to just ask a question and he literally did not acknowledge my presence. While the coffee and donuts were good, his unhappy scowl the whole time was very off-putting."

"Not my first time here so not reviewing based on one busy. There is no greeting and always impatient. During drive through, he entered quantity incorrect, when pointed his response was rude. Food isn’t fresh either."

"He made a mistake with me about the coffee, and I returned to him after about twenty minutes to replace the order and tell him what happened. At first he refused and told me that it was your fault. After a long discussion, I told him that I wanted my money back or a replacement for the coffee. I did not order this order. There was a mistake. Finally, he replaced it while he was sad and angry. It needs to be. More nice and you look on you cheap. I invite the manager to see this store and his treatment of customers, especially the evening shift, is bad"

"I got worst coffee yesterday here. And I know why some of this store's reviewers didn't like the coffee here. The owner is too greedy--- the store kept the old coffee at the bottom of the pot when they brew the new coffee. Yesterday I asked for new fresh coffee. She brewed the new coffee right away without dumping the old left over coffee in the pot. No standard of operation-- I did get good coffee here before- by accident. Everybody's coffee can be good, if they take care of dumping the old coffee and cleaning the pot often. I sometimes got bitter coffee everywhere- McDonald, white castle, Biggby. But McDonald most time are good, because they use small pot and use coffee quick. When White Castle and Biggby brewed the new coffee into the old pot, I knew them, because I know flavor of coffees. Dunkin's and everybody else's coffee can be good if they don't mix the new coffee with the old. Make money the right way and customers will return."

"I was disappointed once when my order didn't go through the online system, now again I'm dealing with the same thing on a different morning and they're just telling me they have no receipt so the order didn't come through even though my money is gone and I have no sandwich. This is one of the most disappointing dunkins I've ever been to. The people are rude and short and seem like they don't want to be there. One out of five stars on everything . Please an executive needs to check the store out."
