The store is very welcoming, clean, and smells amazing. They have a wide selection of gift ideas from items you won't find elsewhere down to greeting cards for every occasion. "Staff is always pleasant, no matter how many questions you ask! I hadn't been in a Hallmark in years until I needed a specific Willow Tree figurine immediately. (Apparently, Walmart and Meijer have cut back drastically on their selections of keepsake items). That was almost a year ago and now I stop in a few times a month. I had thought them to be expensive, however they have reasonable prices and a ton of coupons! It's also much cheaper to buy their cards from them instead of a grocery or book store. Single or the 3/$5; 5/$10; etc. Once again, the employees are simply amazing. They know the store and their stock well enough to help you find an item that fits your needs perfectly even if you don't. (They aren't forcing anything on to you, they're simply helping narrow down your options when you only have a general idea of a gift for someone.). It's almost as if they are your personal shopper!"

"I love Werner's Hallmark shop the one on Monroe Street closest to my house. I usually get coupons from them and then they have drawings too. Beautiful cards. They also have some clothes there. Beautiful frames. They have children's toys. You can buy special cards there. Sometimes a little nicer than at the Dollar tree."
