"This McDonald's is one of the best in N.E. Ohio. Well at least to me they are. I stop here at least once a week on the way home to get a snack before dinner since my ride is a hour long. Food is hot and fresh and they have never forgotten anything I have ordered through the mobile app. Maybe its the mobile app or just good training. But thank you McDonalds for getting it right."

"Everytime I come here the morning staff are personable, kind, and the food is always fresh. This morning (day before Xmas Eve) I saw an employee escorting a woman, who had trouble walking, to her car in the pouring rain. I don’t know how this McDonald’s got so blessed to have such great staff but I’m here for it"

"I have to frequent this McDonald's establishment even though there is one a few doors down from me. Better quality, speed of the drive thru, even the friendliness of the team inside makes the trip worth while. I've never been shorted on any orders at this establishment either"

"Placed an order through the app originally drive thru but came in to pick up instead. Saw one of the workers, who was wearing gloves, wiped his gloves on his pants and then continued to handle food and then once it slowed down rest his hands on his hat and continued to handle food again. For food safety, it's always best to get new gloves when changing tasks, touching clothes or face, etc. But especially when it's an open kitchen and customers can see you make our food."
