Aron Wright House
The Aron Wright House, located at 155 West Central Avenue in Springboro, Ohio, is a historic icon of Greek revival architecture set on 5.5 acres of land in Maplewood Acres. Built in 1857 by Dr. Aron and Mary Wright, the house is one of the largest intact historical properties in the city and is known as the first house in southwest Ohio with running water. Today, the house is owned by Dillin, LLC, a land development company, who purchased the property in 2019 with plans to revive and restore the home and barn. Cheryl Dillin is personally overseeing the preservation and future restoration of the property, bringing new life to this historic landmark.
