"Got my iud put in over 9 months ago was bleeding everyday and cramping non stop in stomach and back was told by nurses multiple times it's normal and was brushed off no concern or empathy shown ever. Eventually I got an iud just to find out it was upside down. This office does not care about patients everything is normal to them all the time and your concerns don't mean anything. Nurses got attitudes. Especially Katherine and Brittany they act as if you asking a question is a bother for them"

"I haven't been able to see my primary care doctor for over two years. Tried to get an appointment was told she's booked until beyond April 2021. She's a great physician, but why have a primary care doctor if you can't get appointments. Clinic needs to hire more primary care doctors. Service level has dropped significantly since they build this location."
"This facility is a joke. Been to other locations and dont have wait times like this. Waiting over half an hour for our appointment and it'll still be a "bit" longer. Yet people that checked in after us have gone back. And the ladies at the desk lack professionalism by talking about patients that are waiting. Update it's been a full hour since our scheduled appointment and still haven't seen a doctor. Yet people who've arrived after us have already left. Waited a full hour to see a doctor just for a quick visit. Absolutely ridiculous"
