"To begin with, the technicians they sent created an unimaginable mess throughout my home. Shockingly, they didn't even fulfill the basic task of cleaning the HVAC system, leaving behind excessive debris that led to a catastrophic outcome. The debris buildup caused my HVAC system to burn, releasing dangerous levels of carbon monoxide into my home. Thankfully, our detectors picked up on this life-threatening situation as our house reached a staggering 200 ppm of carbon monoxide. As a result of Stanley Steemer's negligence, my family endured three days without gas and heat. We were forced to incur additional expenses by calling multiple service professionals to identify and rectify the issues caused by their shoddy service. The most infuriating part was the lack of accountability when I reached out to customer service for a refund. Instead of addressing the clear connection between their service and the subsequent issues, they danced around the problem, denying any responsibility. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer safety is utterly inexcusable. In conclusion, I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Stanley Steemer. This poorly run company not only provides subpar services but also puts the safety and well-being of its customers at serious risk. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable and responsible service provider."
