“Had a great visit with Dr. Surovi and Hannah at Cleveland Veterinary Rehabilitation this morning! My dog Willow has been favoring her right rear leg occasionally, so I wanted to get a thorough exam done to make sure it wasn't anything serious. Both Hannah and Dr. Surovi were super patient with Willow when she got anxious while being examined. Willow laid down by the door, and Dr. Surovi crawled slowly over to her to do the exam there while I fed her treats. They did a gait analysis, which was super cool, and confirmed that Willow isn't bearing as much of her weight on her right rear leg. We did some shockwave therapy and we're going back in two weeks for a fresh gait analysis and we'll discuss next steps from there. I HIGHLY recommend paying them a visit if you're concerned your pup is in any pain. Their office feels like a cozy cabin and is really welcoming and calming. Willow is a ball of anxiety, especially at the vet, but this was her calmest medical-adjacent appointment ever!”

Joe was recommended by my husband's doctor to be fitted for a brace that hopefully would allow him a little freedom from his wheelchair. Joe, Anna and his wonderful staff have been so courteous and professional from the very first day we met them. Joe's sincere compassion and honesty was just what my husband needed to boost his spirits in hopes of finally being able to walk a little on his own. Thanks to them all, they have now fitted him with another brace that is not as stiff for his leg as the first one and is allowing a little more freedom and comfort for my husband. Although the spasms have not gone away yet, we are hopeful that with constant use and pushing through when the spasms happen, my husband will be able to use the brace longer and eventually learn to walk again. “My husband spend 3 months on rehabilitation in this facility and going through very challenging health issues he found joy in daily encounters from very kind administrative, nursing, therapy, kitchen to environmental staff services. Everybody helped him to make his stay pleasant. We are very grateful for that. He also gained friendships with some residents and spend mornings and afternoons at “Starbucks Coffee Shop”. I do not want miss anybody and for that one reason can’t mention names because would be unfair to forget anybody, who took care for my husband. I am grateful to all of them. “I am totally satisfied with this facility. My mom age 92 has been able to maintain her independence. She has her own kitchen, large bathroom with shower. W/ chair accessable if needed. Pull cord in bathroom and bedroom in case of emergency for help. A nice outdoor patio with options to plant their own flowers and maintain the space ... or have Creekside manage it. Their is a manager of the facility that lives there with spouse and is responsible for a lot of the financial paper work being filed to get HUD assistance. They also oversee any problems within the apartments with appliances and maintenance. And that certain rules are being followed. Right now it’s Covid rules! There is a craft room and several times a week many will gather for bingo or cards. The room is large and great for sewing projects, puzzles, or baking where not enough room in apartment. Their community room has an area for gathering for larger events for family gatherings with full kitchen. Creekside provides once a month dinner for all residence of Creekside to join in. I’ve seen lunch gatherings by groups on their own. A tv area is part of the room as well. What I especially like about the facility is it’s on one level, washer and dryer x2 for all to use, individuals have to be over 60-65??, social gatherings..Someone checks in on them if they haven’t heard from them.They have the Lutheran Church within walking distance that provides worship and helps provide for other needs if they want to attend or other churches near by. Cortland community is a safe community too. from them.”

“Sunday, January 14, 2024 From the time you enter the building, the front desk Patrick and MichelIe are amazing! They help with all the family's concerns! Patrick constantly helps out residents and family! I just wanted to express our thanks to the staff at three rivers! Elizabeth , who is the head of the place always takes the time to spend with the residents! My mom , Joan Hensley loves that she listen and hears her concerns! She treats my mom like she matters! Thank you!!! Jerrica the social worker works very hard for my mom Joan Hensley! Thank you! Always taking care of stuff for her! Linda the head nurse is always checking on the residents to make sure they are feeling good. Activities Skylar, Anthony and Ethan help the residents to get out of their rooms and socialize! Have fun! Business Office is wonderful and helps with all the paperwork! Nurse Chamyla takes wonderful care of my mom, Joan Hensley! She gives my mom the attention nurses should give there patients. She really works hard and listens! She makes her smile!!! Nursing staff helps my mom Joan Hensley and the aides! Thank you for all the clean ups and everything you do! I appreciate the staff treating the residents as family!!! You have helped my mom, Joan Hensley feel alot better! She still struggles with alot of illnesses! With your help and support and family , my mom is having the best life that she can possibly have! Thank you again! I know my mom struggles everyday! Thank you for your patience and support!
