Chadwick Place is a part of the LSS Affordable Housing network, located at 1401 Wellness Drive in Marion, Ohio. As a part of the Lutheran Social Services’ Network of Hope, Chadwick Place provides reliable and affordable apartments to over 1,000 seniors in Ohio at 21 different sites. The mission of Chadwick Place is to serve seniors in need by offering clean and safe independent living housing options in a caring environment based on income, age, and disability criteria. Residents, like Bea, who previously struggled with inadequate living conditions, now find comfort and security at Chadwick Place. The community offers opportunities for social engagement, such as weekly card games and knitting groups, fostering a sense of community and well-being among residents. Chadwick Place and other LSS Affordable Housing communities provide seniors with the independence and security they need to thrive in a safe and caring environment.
