"Great Expressions always does a good job. I've only had cleanings and a filling replaced, so nothing really extensive. But they're all friendly and explain clearly what is being done."
"Highly unlikely to be returning. First appointment rescheduled as I was pulling into the parking lot. Second visit, the dentist was running behind, it happens, evaluation went well. My cleaning for later that week had to be rescheduled for another time due to the hygienist being out sick. We discussed a date that would work for me. As that date approached I received no conformation emails or texts. I call, turns out it was scheduled for the wrong day a month out. Had to wait for a cancellation to get a cleaning done. We have also had billing issues in the past with my wifes account. The dentist and the fill in hygienist have been great. Front office staff leaves a lot to be desired. I will have a hard time bringing myself or my family back to this practice."

They were friendly and customer service centered. They communicated with me all the way through the process. They met and exceeded my expectations. "The dental hygienist and doctors are wonderful and always willing to be informative and smiling. The front desk staff tone could be better as they can come off rude. Example: I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my appointment. I hear loudly and clearly one of the receptionists asking the other if I had come to my appt. today? I am just asked because she usually cancels her appointments. The other lady then looked at her puzzled and responds, yes, she checked in and sitting in the lobby right there. The inquisition of my attendance was drenched in judgement and clear a tone. It was obvious because even her colleague made a face of confusion."
