"Location is closed for remodeling according to the sign in the window, fall 2024 reopening? Would be nice if they updated their website and Google listing this location is temporarily closed. Wasted trip for nothing."

"The air machine is broken and in fact flattened our tire when we tried to refill before a long trip to Chicago. We had to call AAA for a fix. Do not go here if you’re looking to refill the air in your tires, you’ll have a greater headache than anticipated."

"Update: WOW! Went in there today on a Sunday and both employees working were so helpful, professional, and nice! Big upgrade from previous staff! I try to stop into work on Sundays to get a drink before work because Dunkin is closed on those days and they are NEVER open. Today it happened AGAIN, I pulled up about 10 till 6am (it opens at five per google and store sign) and this time there was someone in there and she completely ignored me and continued doing what she was doing at the counter and did not bother to let me in or acknowledge me at all. I don’t need 5 star service but try bothering to make sure you’re opening on time? Or just change your hours to a time you can actually have an employee there. I never leave reviews but this is getting ridiculous."

"I used to frequent this gas station, UDF is typically my go-to. But on this particular occasion two of the workers were sitting on the front counter and one of them was playing on his phone and didn’t even look up when I walked in. The other two female workers were in such a deep discussion between themselves that the entire transaction I wasn’t even greeted. She scanned my items while talking with the other girl and looking at her the whole time. The only words anyone said was “do you want your receipt?” The entire store was empty at 6pm where it used to be packed at that time. Not one car in the lot besides mine. Not surprising with the customer service I received."
