"Pediatricians here are wonderful!! The staff here all care about the health and well-being of the kids they see. We (knock on wood...lol) have never had a rude or disrespectful staff member here like we have had in other CCF offices. Definitely appreciate the service here!!!"

"We really like Dr. Francy. The office is not usually able to be accommodating in getting appointments, as they are always full, which is ridiculous as he’s an established patient. I believe this is an issue with the size of the office vs. the growing community need. Not great continuity of care in the Cleveland Clinic model if he has to see different doctors at different locations every time he’s sick."

"We live right across the street, yet never get a same-day appointment. They try to send you everywhere else but the actual convenient location. The one time we did manage to get an appointment, they charged us $300 as a new patient, another $200 for a breathing treatment which I administered MYSELF in the office, and a host of other things. After insurance, it was $500 for what chalked up to a bad cough! When I called about these issues, I was told that it was a "teaching hospital" and the "best of the best". Please. We came from downtown Chicago, where they ALWAYS saw children same day in the same office and at much less the price. This is the 'burbs of Cleveland. Don't try to tell me you are busier and more expensive. I don't buy it. We also attempted to change Avon Pediatrics to our daughter's primary care. I've asked at least 3 times, and it has not been done. At this point, I'm glad their clerical skills are lacking because we've decided not to return."

"You DO NOT want to take your children there!!! Vaccins are contaimnated, left unatended, put in the refridgerator if not used that day, after being drawn up. Staff is aweful. Staff talkes about how much they dislike parent when they take their children in."

"All of the doctors are amazing with the kids. Appointments always run on time and the nursing and secretarial staff is very personable. They answer the phones quickly! Which if you've been with the clinic you know normally you get passed through the system 3 times before getting the right office. keep up the great work!"
